Cloud infrastructure that stays up and stays affordable.
Infrastructure that’s documented, automated and sized for what you actually need, so releases are routine and bills are predictable.
- AWS
- GCP
- Azure
- Kubernetes
Cloud infrastructure you can understand, rebuild and afford.
What it is
- Moving an app off a single hand-built server
- AWS, Azure and Google Cloud set-up and migration
- CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and serverless
- Monitoring, backups, security and cost control
The problem it solves
- Hand-built servers nobody dares to touch
- Releases that need one developer and a late night
- Cloud bills rising while traffic stays flat
- No backups or recovery plan
Who needs it
- Startups and SMBs without a DevOps hire
- Businesses with a fragile setup or rising bill
- Companies adding users in new regions
- Agencies that need a white-label partner
Why it matters
- Customers expect your product to be fast and available
- One outage or data loss can cost their trust
- Cloud bills grow quietly unless someone watches them
- Automation makes every release safer
Where cloud setups start to hurt.
Infrastructure problems usually build up slowly, until a release, an outage or a bill forces the issue.
A setup nobody understands
Servers were configured by hand, often by someone who has left. Nothing is documented, so every change feels risky.
Slow, stressful releases
Deploying means manual steps, a specific person and a quiet evening. Rolling back a bad release is harder still.
A bill that keeps climbing
Idle resources, oversized servers and forgotten snapshots add up month after month. Nobody is sure which costs are needed.
Finding out from customers
Without monitoring, alerts or tested backups, problems are noticed when users complain. Recovery depends on guesswork.
What it costs the business
- Downtime and slow pages cost sales and customer trust.
- Engineers spend time firefighting instead of building features.
- Cloud spend eats into margins without adding value.
- Security gaps and missing backups put customer data at risk.
You probably need this if
- Only one person knows how to deploy or fix production.
- Your cloud bill grows faster than your traffic.
- You have no staging environment, or it doesn’t match production.
- You learn about outages from customers, not alerts.
- Nobody has tested restoring a backup.
- Customers or partners ask where their data is stored, and you aren’t sure.
Cloud and DevOps services we offer.
- 01
Cloud setup and migration
Accounts, networks, databases and services on AWS, GCP or Azure, set up properly from the first day. We also move applications from shared hosting, a single VPS or an on-premise server to the cloud, or from one provider or region to another, with a tested plan for cutting over.
- 02
CI/CD pipelines
Automated builds, tests and deploys with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or your provider’s own tools, so shipping is a button, not a ritual. Staging and production are kept separate, and rolling back a bad release takes minutes rather than an evening.
- 03
Containers and Kubernetes
Docker for consistent builds, and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE or AKS) when you run enough services to need it. When a managed service such as ECS, Cloud Run or App Service would be simpler and cheaper, we recommend that instead.
- 04
Infrastructure as code
Terraform or AWS CDK for every network, server, database and permission, stored in your repository. Any environment can be rebuilt from scratch, in the same region or a new one, and every change is reviewed like application code instead of clicked through a console.
- 05
Monitoring, logging and alerts
Logs, metrics, uptime checks and alerts that tell you about problems before customers do, using CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus or a hosted tool you prefer. Alerts go to the people and channels you choose, with a runbook for each one.
- 06
Cloud cost optimisation
A line-by-line review of your cloud bill: idle resources, oversized servers, forgotten snapshots, data transfer between regions and missed savings plans or reserved capacity. You get a written list of specific changes with the expected saving for each, and we can make them for you.

What well-run cloud infrastructure does for your business.
Good infrastructure is mostly invisible: releases are routine, costs are predictable and the product stays up.
A platform you can rely on
Monitoring, backups and a documented setup mean fewer surprises, faster recovery and infrastructure any engineer can run.
A smaller, clearer cloud bill
Right-sized resources, budgets and alerts cut waste, and automation saves the hours spent on manual deployments and fixes.
Room to grow
Infrastructure that scales with demand and extends to new regions lets you take on more customers and markets without a rebuild.
Faster, safer releases
CI/CD pipelines test and deploy every change the same way, so your team ships more often and rolls back in minutes if needed.
A faster, safer product for users
Customers get quicker pages, fewer interruptions and their data kept secure, in a region close to them.
From an audit of what you have to infrastructure you control.
A cloud audit or cost review usually takes one to two weeks. A new setup or migration takes two to eight weeks, depending on how many applications, databases, regions and environments are involved.
- 1
Week 1
Assessment
We review your current setup with read-only access: servers, databases, networks, regions, deployments, costs and security basics. You get a short written report of what we found and what we would change first.
- 2
Within 7 working days
Plan and proposal
A written plan with the target architecture, a diagram, the migration or rollout steps, timeline, price, support hours and what is out of scope. An NDA is signed before the first call.
- 3
Week 2 onward
Build in code
We write the infrastructure as code, set up CI/CD and monitoring, and build a staging environment first. You review each change in your own repository before it touches production.
- 4
Agreed window
Migration and cutover
Data is copied and kept in sync, then we switch traffic at a quiet time in your time zone, with a tested rollback plan. We agree the expected downtime with you in advance, and keep it as short as the application allows.
- 5
Final week
Handover and support
You receive the architecture diagram, infrastructure code, runbooks and all credentials, and we walk your team through them on a call. Ongoing monitoring and support continue on a monthly plan if you want them.
Who our cloud and DevOps work is for.
Cloud help tends to be needed at one of four points. Each calls for a different kind of work, wherever the business is based.
Startups and SMBs without a DevOps hire
You are in the US, the UK, the Gulf or Australia, and a senior local DevOps engineer is hard to find and expensive to keep. We set up production, CI/CD and monitoring that fit your stage, at Indian rates, and can run it for you each month as managed DevOps.
Agencies that need a white-label partner
You build websites and apps for clients but don’t want to hire for hosting, deployments and on-call. We handle the infrastructure behind your projects under your brand, with the documentation and access your clients expect.
Businesses with a fragile setup or rising bill
Your application runs on one server nobody fully understands, or your AWS, GCP or Azure costs keep climbing and nobody is sure why. We audit it, migrate or right-size it, and set up budgets and alerts so the problem doesn’t creep back.
Indian companies expanding abroad
You are adding customers in Europe, the Gulf or North America, and they ask where their data lives. We add regions near those users, plan data residency and keep the setup manageable for a small team.
Deliverables, in writing.
Every engagement starts with a written scope that lists these, with dates and a price.

Why hand your cloud infrastructure to a team in India.
Your accounts, your keys
Cloud accounts, billing, code repositories, domains and credentials are in your name. Our engineers work through access you grant and can revoke at any time, and nothing depends on us to keep running.
Everything written down
Every environment exists as code in Terraform or CDK and every recurring task has a runbook. Your own developers, or a future hire, can understand and run the infrastructure without calling us.
Read-only first, staging before production
We start with a read-only review, build staging before production and make every change through code you review in your own repository. Cutovers happen at a quiet time for your users, with a rollback plan we have tested.
The engineer who built it answers the alert
The engineer who sets up your pipeline is the one who answers when it breaks, so nobody learns your setup from scratch during an incident. That costs less than a comparable DevOps firm in the US, UK or Australia.
Sized for your business
We recommend Kubernetes only when you need it, and simpler managed services when they are cheaper. The architecture, regions and support plan are chosen for your application, users and budget.
How much do cloud and DevOps services cost?
Our fee depends on the scope of the work, wherever you are based. Your cloud bill is separate: you pay AWS, Google Cloud or Azure directly, on your own account, so there is no markup on infrastructure. After a short call we send a written quote before any work starts.
Starting from $49
Get a written quoteFixed-price audit
A cloud, security or cost review of your current setup, with a written report and a prioritised list of changes. One price, agreed upfront.
Fixed-price project
For a new cloud setup, a migration or a CI/CD pipeline with a defined scope. One price for the agreed deliverables, paid in milestones.
Managed DevOps, monthly or hourly
A monthly fee for monitoring, patching, backup checks, cost reviews and a set number of hours for changes, within support hours agreed in writing. Hourly billing is available if you prefer.
What changes the cost
- Number of applications, databases and environments
- Starting point: a fresh setup or a migration from existing servers
- Number of regions and any data-residency requirements
- Downtime allowed during migration
- Kubernetes or simpler managed services
- Support hours and the response times you need
Cloud and DevOps services: questions we’re asked.
Working with us from abroad? Time zones, contracts, payments and NDAs, answered in one place. How we work with international clients
DevOps work happens in your cloud console and repository, so it doesn’t need to sit in your office. You get senior engineers at a lower cost than a comparable local firm, and every infrastructure change arrives as code you can review before it reaches production.
Uptime checked from outside, error rates, response times, server and database load, disk space, certificate expiry, backup jobs and spending against budget. Each alert goes to the people and channels you choose, such as Slack, Teams, email or a paging app, with a runbook saying what to check first. We tune the thresholds in the first weeks so an alert means something.
Often you don’t. If you run a handful of services, a managed option such as ECS, Cloud Run or App Service is simpler to operate and usually cheaper. Kubernetes starts to pay off with many services, several teams deploying on their own schedules or unusual scaling needs, and we will tell you honestly which side of that line you are on.
Usually, yes. AWS, Google Cloud and Azure all have regions on several continents, though each provider’s list differs. We build where your users and data-residency needs require, and check that the services you need are available there.
We use least-privilege access, multi-factor login, private networks for databases, encrypted storage, secrets kept out of code and security patching. We design with laws such as GDPR, the UAE and Saudi data protection laws and India’s DPDP Act in mind, but we don’t certify compliance, so check the final setup with your legal adviser.
You do. Cloud accounts, billing, repositories and credentials are in your name. Only the engineers on your project have access, granted by you and revocable at any time. We sign an NDA before the first call, and everything is handed over with documentation.
All three are reliable. AWS has the widest range of services, Azure fits well if you already use Microsoft 365 or Windows servers, and Google Cloud is strong for data and simpler container hosting. We recommend one based on your application, your team’s experience, the regions you need and any credits you already have.
Usually with very little. We build the new environment first, copy and sync the data, test it, then switch traffic at a quiet time for your users with a rollback plan ready. Some older applications need a short maintenance window, and we tell you how long before we start.
Often, yes, and the same applies to Azure and Google Cloud. We review usage and pricing line by line, then recommend specific changes such as removing idle resources, right-sizing servers and using savings plans, each with its expected saving. You decide which ones we make.
That depends on the support plan you choose. Alerts reach the people you name, each with a runbook, and our response times are the ones set out in the managed DevOps contract. We don’t offer round-the-clock cover unless it is in the agreed scope, so for critical systems we help you decide who responds first.
