Fewer junk leads. More qualified enquiries.
We run Google and Meta ads that send people to a landing page built for one offer, route every enquiry straight to WhatsApp or your sales team, and record it in your CRM. Each week you see what a lead cost and which ones were worth calling back.
Paying for leads that never pick up the phone.
The problem is rarely a lack of traffic. It is the gap between a click and a conversation.
Wrong numbers
Form fills arrive, but some contact details are fake or mistyped.
Not really looking
Many leads were never serious buyers, and the form didn’t ask anything to find out.
Slow or lost replies
WhatsApp messages land on a personal phone and are never logged.
Reports without answers
Clicks and impressions, but no view of what each serious lead cost.
How we approach it
- Forms that ask the questions that matter.
- Fast replies, with every enquiry logged in your CRM.
- Tracking that shows which campaign brought each good lead.
- Works the same whether you’re a broker in Dubai, a clinic in London or a B2B firm in Toronto.
One system from ad click to sales conversation.
- 01
Google Ads on high-intent searches
Search campaigns on the terms people type when they are ready to buy or book, with negative keywords added every week and call and form tracking in place.
- 02
Meta and Instagram lead campaigns
Facebook and Instagram ads with instant forms or click-to-WhatsApp, several creatives and audiences tested at once, and spend moved towards what produces conversations rather than cheap form fills.
- 03
Dedicated landing pages
A fast page for each offer or project, written to answer the questions a buyer asks before they get in touch. English and Hindi copy from us; Arabic or other languages built around text from your translator, including right-to-left layouts.
- 04
WhatsApp click-to-chat and routing
WhatsApp buttons and click-to-WhatsApp ads connected to the WhatsApp Business app or API, with an automatic first reply and rules that send each enquiry to the right salesperson, branch or language.
- 05
CRM set-up and qualification questions
Every lead lands in HubSpot, Zoho or the CRM you already use, tagged with its source campaign. We agree with you the two or three questions that separate a buyer from a browser, such as budget, timeline or location, and ask them on the form or in the first message.
- 06
Weekly cost-per-lead reporting
A short written update each week with spend, leads, cost per lead and cost per qualified lead by campaign, plus what we changed and why.
What happens in your first month.
Ads usually produce useful data within two to four weeks. Here is how the first month runs, so you know what to expect before you spend anything on media.
- 1
Before day 1
Call, NDA and written proposal
We sign an NDA before the first call if you want one, learn what a good lead looks like for you and what it is worth, and send a written proposal within 7 working days with scope, fee and a suggested ad budget.
- 2
Days 1–7
Accounts, tracking and CRM
We get access to your ad accounts, GA4 and CRM, or create them in your name, set up tracking for forms, calls and WhatsApp clicks, and agree the qualification questions.
- 3
Days 5–12
Landing pages and campaigns
We write and build the landing pages, prepare ads and creatives for Google and Meta, and set up WhatsApp routing and auto-replies. You review everything on a preview link before it goes live.
- 4
Days 12–14
Launch on a small budget
Campaigns go live on a modest daily budget, once test leads arrive in the CRM with their source and reach the right person.
- 5
Days 14–30
Weekly tuning
Each week we cut search terms, audiences and ads that bring poor leads, move spend towards what brings qualified ones and adjust the landing pages. You get a written update every week.
- 6
Day 30
Day-30 review
A call to go through cost per lead, lead quality and what the first month taught us. You decide whether to scale, change the offer or stop.
Who this works for, and who it doesn’t.
A good fit if
- Businesses that sell through a conversation: real estate, clinics, education, B2B and professional services
- Companies in the UAE, the UK, North America, Australia or India with a sales person or team ready to call leads back
- Teams already running ads who get enquiries but can’t tell which ones are worth anything
- Owners who want the ad accounts, CRM and data in their own name
Probably not for you if
- Businesses without anyone to answer and follow up enquiries within a day
- Anyone looking to buy a list of contacts or pay per lead from a shared pool
- Teams that can’t set aside a test ad budget for at least a month
What does lead generation cost?
There are two costs. Our fee covers the setup (tracking, landing pages, CRM and WhatsApp routing) and the weekly campaign management, as a fixed price, a monthly fee or hourly work, with no lock-in. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google and Meta and is never marked up. We quote our fee in writing within 7 working days of the first call.

Questions we’re asked.
It runs the campaigns that bring in enquiries and sets up how each lead is captured, answered and tracked. With us that means Google and Meta ads, landing pages, WhatsApp routing, CRM setup and a weekly cost-per-lead report.
It depends on your industry, market, offer and competition, so we don’t quote a number before we have seen your accounts. After the first few weeks of data we can tell you what a lead and a qualified lead are costing, and every weekly report shows both.
No. Google and Meta decide who sees your ads and at what price, and nobody controls that. What we commit to in writing is the work: the setup, the pages and the weekly tuning and reporting. If a deliverable doesn’t match the agreed scope, we fix it at our cost.
Yes, that’s the kind of campaign this is built for: Google and Meta ads for projects and listings in the UAE, with project landing pages, click-to-WhatsApp ads and routing to your agents. Results depend on the project, price and market, so we agree targets after the first weeks of data. We write English copy; Arabic versions use text from your translator.
We usually recommend HubSpot or Zoho, and we can connect the CRM you already use if it accepts leads by form, API or an integration tool.
We agree with you what a good lead looks like, then ask two or three questions on the form or in the first WhatsApp message, such as budget, timeline or location. Your team marks leads as good or bad in the CRM, and we move spend towards the campaigns that bring good ones.
Campaigns usually go live around two weeks after we start, once tracking and pages are ready. Useful data on cost and quality usually takes two to four weeks after that.
You do. Ad accounts, analytics, the CRM and every lead are in your name, and your ad budget is billed by the platforms straight to you. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.
