Product, website and brand design that people understand and developers can build.
What it is
- A clearer sign-up flow for a SaaS product
- UX research, audits and product design
- Website, app, dashboard and e-commerce design
- Design systems and brand identity in Figma
The problem it solves
- Users drop off during sign-up
- The next step isn’t obvious
- Screens that contradict each other
- Designs that fall apart with real content
Who needs it
- Startups shaping a first product
- Product teams whose users are confused
- Agencies short of design capacity
- Businesses needing a brand that matches their quality
Why it matters
- Rivals are one click away
- Ease of use wins customers
- Fixing a flow in design is cheaper than in code
- Consistent design builds trust
Where products and brands lose people.
Most design problems show up as business problems first: drop-offs, support tickets and slow sales.
Users don’t get it
The product works, but people can’t find features or finish key tasks. Demos need a lot of explaining, and new users leave before they see the value.
Screens that don’t match
Each feature was designed by someone different, at a different time. Buttons, colours and spacing vary from page to page, and the product feels unfinished.
Designs developers can’t build
Mock-ups show the happy path only, with no loading, error or empty states. Developers guess, and what ships looks nothing like what was approved.
A brand that looks homemade
The logo, website, decks and social posts each look different. Buyers judge the quality of what you sell by how you present it.
What it costs the business
- Visitors and trial users leave before they sign up or buy.
- Support and sales teams spend time explaining the product instead of selling it.
- Development slows down as screens are redesigned mid-build.
- The business looks smaller and less trustworthy than it is.
You probably need this if
- Your sign-up, onboarding or checkout has a high drop-off.
- Support tickets keep asking how to do basic tasks.
- Every new feature looks slightly different from the last one.
- Developers ask for missing screens and states halfway through a build.
- Your website or app doesn’t work well on a phone.
- You have no brand guidelines, or nobody follows them.
Product design services we offer.
- 01
User research
Remote interviews and usability tests with real users in your market, where the budget allows, that show where people get stuck and why. You get a short findings report with what to fix first, instead of a slide deck of personas nobody reads.
- 02
UX audits
A structured review of your existing website or app: navigation, key flows, forms, copy, accessibility and consistency. Each issue comes with a screenshot, why it matters and a recommended fix, ranked by effort and impact.
- 03
SaaS and app design
User flows, wireframes and high-fidelity screens for web applications, SaaS dashboards and iOS and Android apps. We design the whole journey, including onboarding, checkout, empty states and error messages, as well as the hero screens.
- 04
Website design
Marketing sites and landing pages designed around what visitors need to decide: what you do, why you, and how to get in touch. Layouts are planned for mobile first, for each language you publish in, and structured so they are ready for search.
- 05
Design systems and Figma handoff
Components, variants, tokens for colour, type and spacing, and usage guidelines that keep every screen consistent as the product grows. The Figma file is organised so developers can inspect specs and build from shared tokens.
- 06
Brand identity
Logo, colour palette, typography and a brand kit your team can use across the website, app, social posts and print. We check that the brand works on small screens, in other scripts where needed and against contrast guidelines, beyond the presentation board.
From research to brand, everything design.
Research, product design, websites and brand identity, handed over in files your team can use.

What good UI/UX design does for your business.
Design is how users judge your product, so better design shows up across the business.
A product people choose
Clear flows and a consistent interface make the product easier to understand, trust and recommend, and the brand looks as good as the work behind it.
Less rework, lower build cost
Problems are found in wireframes and prototypes, where they are cheap to fix, not in code. Developers build once from a complete spec.
More sign-ups and sales
Simpler sign-up, onboarding and checkout mean more visitors become users and customers, and a stronger brand helps close deals.
Faster design and development
A design system gives your team ready-made components and rules, so new features are designed and built quicker and stay consistent.
Easier for your users
Users find what they need, finish tasks without help and can use the product on any screen, including with assistive technology.
From research to a Figma file your developers can build from.
A UX audit usually takes one to two weeks; a website design two to four; product or app design four to ten, depending on the number of flows. You follow work in progress in a shared Figma file and can leave comments whenever it suits you.

Days 1–3
Discovery
We learn who your users are, which markets and languages you serve, what the product or site needs to achieve and what already exists: analytics, brand assets, earlier designs and the tech stack it will be built on.
- 2
Within 7 working days
Scope and proposal
A written scope listing screens and flows, research activities, deliverables, timeline and price. An NDA is signed before the first call.
- 3
Week 1–2
Research and flows
User interviews or a review of your current product, then user flows and low-fidelity wireframes. We agree the structure before any visual design starts, because changing a wireframe is cheap.
- 4
Week 2 onward
UI design and prototyping
High-fidelity screens for mobile and desktop, built from components, with a clickable prototype. Where the budget allows, we test the prototype remotely with real users in your market and adjust before sign-off.
- 5
Final week
Design system and handoff
Components, tokens and states documented in Figma, with specs and a recorded walkthrough for your developers, plus a live call at a time that suits them. We stay available to answer questions while the design is being built.
Who our UI/UX design work is for.
Our design work is set up for four kinds of client. Each needs a different kind of help.
Startups in the US, UK, Gulf and Australia
You have an idea and a rough scope, and you want a senior designer at Indian rates before paying for development. We map the core flows, design the key screens and build a clickable prototype you can show users and investors.
Agencies needing extra design capacity
You have more product and website work than your designers can take on. We work as a white-label design partner under NDA, in your Figma workspace and to your standards, while you keep the client relationship.
Companies with a product users find confusing
Your app or SaaS works, but support tickets, drop-offs or sales demos tell you people don’t get it. We start with a UX audit and user testing, then redesign the flows that matter most without breaking what users already rely on.
Indian businesses designing for international users
Your product is moving into new markets and needs to feel native there. We adapt flows, content and layouts for other languages, right-to-left Arabic, local payment habits and the accessibility standards those markets expect.
Deliverables, in writing.
Every engagement starts with a written scope that lists these, with dates and a price.

Why work with Amionyx on UI/UX design.
Designed to be built
Our designers work alongside our developers, so screens use real components, realistic content and the states that code needs. What ships matches what was designed, and we can build it for you if you want one team.
Accessible and ready for other languages
Colour contrast, text size, touch targets and focus states are checked against WCAG guidelines while we design, and layouts allow for translation and right-to-left scripts from the first wireframe.
Research and screens by the same person
The designer who talks to your users or reads your analytics also draws the flows and final screens, so findings go straight into the design. Your developers get specs and a recorded walkthrough from the person who made the decisions.
One senior designer, start to handoff
The same designer stays with your project from the first wireframe to developer handoff, at a lower cost than a studio in the US or UK. They keep answering your developers’ questions while the design is being built.
Designed for your product, owned by you
No templates: every flow, design system and brand is shaped around your users and markets. The Figma files, components and brand assets belong to you, ready for any developer or agency.
How much does UI/UX design cost?
The cost depends mostly on how many screens and flows need designing and how much research is involved, not on the number of pages alone. After a short call we send a written quote, fixed price or hourly, so you know the full cost before work starts.
Starting from $49
Get a written quoteFixed-price UX audit
A set review of your existing website or app, with a ranked list of issues and recommended fixes. A good first step before committing to a redesign.
Fixed-price design project
For a website, app or product with an agreed list of screens and flows. One price for the agreed scope, paid in milestones.
Design sprint
A short, focused engagement to explore one problem or feature, ending in a tested prototype and a clear decision on what to build.
Monthly design retainer
For products that ship new features every month. An agreed number of design hours each month, billed hourly, with the design system kept up to date.
What changes the cost
- Number of screens, user flows and platforms (web, iOS, Android)
- Depth of user research and usability testing
- Whether you need a full design system or a set of screens
- Level of prototyping: key flows or the whole product
- Languages and right-to-left layouts, such as Arabic
- Brand identity work: a new brand or an existing one to follow
- Redesigning an existing product versus designing from scratch
UI/UX design: questions we’re asked.
Working with us from abroad? Time zones, contracts, payments and NDAs, answered in one place. How we work with international clients
Product design happens almost entirely in Figma, so where the designer sits matters less than for most services, and senior design time costs less in India than at most studios in the US or UK. You review work in a shared file and comment whenever it suits you, and the files belong to you.
UX is how the product works: the steps a user takes, what they see first and where they might get stuck. UI is how each screen looks: layout, type, colour, buttons and their states. We do both, starting with flows and wireframes before the visual design.
It depends on the number of screens and flows, how much user research is involved, whether you need a design system and whether brand identity is included. A UX audit costs far less than designing a full app. We send a written quote after a short call, before any work starts.
A UX audit usually takes one to two weeks, a website design two to four weeks and a web or mobile app four to ten weeks, depending on the number of flows and the research involved. You get a written timeline with the proposal.
The number of revision rounds is agreed in the scope before work starts, so both sides know what is included. Changes are cheapest at the wireframe stage, which is why we agree the structure before visual design begins. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted before we do it.
Yes, scaled to the product. A small app may only need a Figma library of core components with colours, type and spacing, which still saves time on every new screen. Larger products get variants, states, tokens that can be exported to code and usage guidelines.
Yes. You own the Figma files, components, prototypes and brand assets. We can work in your Figma workspace from the start or transfer the files at handover, along with a walkthrough for your developers.
Yes, where the budget allows. We run remote interviews and usability tests on prototypes with users you recruit or through a remote testing tool such as Maze. On smaller budgets we work from your analytics, support tickets and a review of the current product.
Yes. We check colour contrast, text sizes, touch targets and focus states against WCAG guidelines while designing, and we design right-to-left layouts for Arabic, mirroring navigation, icons and forms, using text supplied by your translator.
Both. You can hire us for design only and hand the files to your own developers. If you want one team, we also build the design as a website, web application or mobile app.
